Allow overriding orchestration version when starting orchestrations via APIs by adding
Versionparameter toStart-DurableOrchestrationandInvoke-SubOrchestrator.This implementation depends on the following DF WebJobs extension change: Azure/azure-functions-durable-extension#3213. Until this change is released and the package reference is updated, the current test failures are expected.
